Must Meet The Following Prerequisites For All C.A.S. Positions:

  • Must pass Department of Justice fingerprint screens
  • Must provide proof of a negative TB test or chest x-ray annually.
  • Must provide proof of immunity to or immunization records for Rubeola (Measles), Mumps, Rubella, Varicella. Recommended but not required: Hep B & Pertussis
  • Must pass Health Screening
  • Ability to read and write the English language
  • Ability to legibly/accurately record and maintain data
  • The ability to Maintain an annual CPR Certification
  • Ability to maintain composure under stress, take direction, and remain flexible
  • Current California driver’s license; proof of valid vehicle insurance; able to travel within a 50 mile radius from home
  • This position requires the following physical activities: climbing, bending, stooping, kneeling, twisting, reaching, sitting, standing, walking, lifting, grasping, talking, hearing, visual acuity, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs

In-Home, Clinic, Socialization Training Program Openings

Behavior Technician
The Behavior Technician provides face to face services as part of the treatment team providing ABA services to clients with Autism.  This position is critical in the implementation of Autism treatment, being that the Behavior Technicians are directly responsible for implementing the designed treatment.  The Behavior Technician position is unique in that staff are able to witness every exciting step of client progress and growth!    

Key Qualifications Required to Apply:
  • High school diploma or completion of general education (GED) certificate
  • Experience in working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder is preferred

Behavior Consultant
The core function of the Behavior Consultant is to develop of ABA treatment programs in the home, school, and/or clinic-based settings. Additional responsibilities include ongoing assessment, development of behavior/treatment plans, ensuring treatment efficacy, client safety, adherence to internal policies and procedures, and regulatory compliance and documentation.  The Behavior Consultant position allows for design, monitoring and review your treatment recommendations to ensure efficacy and track client progress over time.

Key Qualifications Required to Apply:
  • Minimum of BA/BS in psychology, education, or related field, MA/MS preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year direct experience and program development with children and/or adolescents with ASD
  • Minimum of 1 year experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments
  • Minimum of 1 year supervising and managing direct care staff

Board Certified Behavior Analyst
BCBA’s are responsible for the oversight of ABA treatment programs for individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and developmental disabilities in home, school, and/or clinic-based settings.  The core of the BCBA position is clinical, regulatory and administrative oversight in a dynamic environment that will always strive to be better in every facet of Autism treatment. 

Key Qualifications Required to Apply:
  • Certified by the Behavior Analysts Certification Board (min of MA/MS in psychology, education, or related field)
  • Minimum of 1 year direct experience and program development with children and/or adolescents with ASD
  • Minimum of 1 year experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments
  • Minimum of 1 year supervising and managing direct care staff

Non-Public School Openings

Instructional Assistant
The Instructional Assistant works as part of the classroom team to motivate students with Autism (ages 3-22) to learn while utilizing the methodology of ABA.  The Instructional Assistant provides assistance to the teacher by implementing small group teaching sessions and conducting individualized instruction, while following lesson plans and recording data.  Depending on each student’s individual needs, the Instructional Assistant may be required to assist in problem behavior reduction as well as assisting the students with toileting, feeding and other self-help skills throughout the day.

Key Qualifications Required to Apply:
  • High school diploma or completion of general education (GED) certificate
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and/or special needs

Special Education Teacher
The Special Education Teacher provides instruction, assessment and program planning for students with Autism in a Non-Public School setting. The Teacher monitors and evaluates student progress toward IEP goals and problem behavior reduction as appropriate.  Identifies instructional materials needed for progress toward IEP goals and increased success in the classroom setting.  Land Park Campus utilizes various teaching methodologies to promote learning through a positive programming approach with Applied Behavior Analysis being the primary teaching methodology used.

Key Qualifications Required to Apply:
  • Bachelors degree and Moderate/Severe Credential
  • A minimum of two years experience working with children/adolescents diagnosed with Autism
